With over a decade of experience across commercial real estate, renewable energy, and digital infrastructure, Marc bridges traditional asset investment with the industries shaping tomorrow’s economy.
Based in Dubai, he leads Tinia Capital Partners, an intermediary connecting investors with bankable renewable energy opportunities in solar, wind, and biomass (Waste-to-Energy & Sustainable Aviation Fuel projects), as well as commercial real estate globally, and facilitating high-volume transactions of carbon credits. The commercial real estate focus includes powered land for data centers across the United States, Europe, and the Middle East, and luxury hospitality assets globally.
Marc also brings working knowledge of Real-World-Asset (RWA) tokenization and digital assets, helping clients evaluate compliant financing and liquidity options at the intersection of traditional and digital markets.
